For your convenience, we have a pdf-downloadable version of the application (see menu on your left). Once downloaded, you can fax the completed form to us.
You can also drop it off during regular business hours at the centre.
Prior to a new session start, we always have an Open House, where you can meet the instructors and see the facility. A lot of people find this helpful, so please stop by or request to take a tour at any time. It's as simple as that.
