Amy Baker - Drawing & Comics
Amy Baker, a Saint John native, received her BFA from NSCAD and has worked in a variety of media including self published mini comics, painting and Animation.
Her art has been exhibited across the Maritimes and beyond, in studio tours, group shows, commercial galleries and film festivals.
She currently works in a studio in uptown Saint John.

Mike Butler - Painting & Drawing
Michael Butler was born in Saint John, N.B., and the youngest of 10 children. His career began by obtaining his trade papers in lithography (pre-press technician) in the printing industry. He then studied with the Famous Artist School, Westport, Conn., George Brown College of Art, Toronto, NB School of Craft and Design, Fredericton, NB, and the Gardner Webb University in North Carolina, USA. He has taught at the NB School of Craft and Design and is now teaching at Atlantica Centre For The Arts, where he is offering classes in drawing, watercolour, and pastels.
He founded and was President of Butler Design and Graphic Services Ltd. and Butler Exhibit Systems, running the businesses for 10 years. Some of his clients included Les Communicateurs d'Associe of Ottawa, Dept. of Tourism, Dept. of Natural Resources, NB Power, Atlantic Salmon Federation, Kings Landing, Willett Foods and Hawk Communications where he worked on the NB Travel Guide. Additionally, Michael created many corporate images producing signage for local businesses, such as Kredl's Corner Market, Moosehead Country Store, Slocum & Ferris, and Park Fuels to name a few. For the Jeux Canada Games 85 held in Saint John, Michael designed the 1 L Pepsi bottle label and billboards for Maritime Beverages.
For the past 8 years, Michael worked for AGI MeadWestvaco in North Carolina producing CD & DVD print material for Universal Records. While in North Carolina, he gave back to the community by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity projects. His paintings and photographs have appeared in U.S. and Canadian solo and group showings, in galleries, magazines and many business offices.
On a personal level, Mike was a founding member of the Kingston Farmer's Market and recently opened a Saturday morning Market Gallery there. "As an avid photographer, I have always enjoyed composition and colour. The Kingston Peninsula and New Brunswick have offered me the most breathtaking scenery. I make photographic gift cards and bookmarks, as well as reproductions of some of my paintings.
He plays the piano, guitar, and harmonica. He also enjoys badminton, hiking and gardening.
A truly "great guy", much beloved by his friends and family, he lives on the Kingston Peninsula where he shares his life with his delightful wife Rose of 38 years.

Tammy Gibbons - Program Director, Acting, Team Building Coach
Tammy Gibbons graduated from the Vancouver Film School Acting Program.
She has many years of experience as an actor in a variety of stage and film productions, such as the motion picture "The 6th Day" and "Seven Days- The Series".
Tammy has directed and co-produced theatre productions with Swartman Productions in Vancouver, New City Theatre in Saint John and has worked as an acting and improv coach.
Tammy has also worked as a stand-up comedian and has performed and co-written comedy shorts for CBC Radio.

Blaine LeRoy - Computer Animation
Blaine Le Roy is a West Coast import to Saint John. Originally from British Columbia,Blaine moved to the Maritimes in 1998 and is a self taught computer animator who has been working professionally in the field for 7 years with Innovative Video Solutions. He specializes in 3D computer animation, but polished up his 2d skills to teach the animation for kids classes.
Blaine has spent his entire working life in the arts, starting off as a radio DJ in high school before becoming lead singer in a touring country band on the West Coast. In his spare time he paints, does woodwork, has written an as yet unpublished novel, and is heavily involved in the Saint John Theatre Company, appearing on stage for all their musical productions to date, and working as sound designer for many non musical productions.

Darlene Nickerson-Singh - Scrapbooking, Paper Crafting
Darlene has been paper crafting for several years and selling her "Darla Creations" for the past three years at craft markets and sales. Her creations are also available at Count On Us in Loch Lommond Place.
Darlene has a BA Art from Acadia University. For the past decade, she has worked as an Arts administrator, primarily in fundraising and marketing for a variety of organizations across Canada,
including theatre, museums and opera. Darlene is looking forward to sharing her passion for paper.

Rod Stears - Photography
Rod Stears is a professional freelance photographer; specializing in commercial, industrial, still and video photography.
In addition to a successful commercial career, Rod has been teaching at the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design for over 25 years. His teaching experience includes courses offered at UNB, UNBSJ, NB Community College and the Maine Photographic Workshop.
Rod is the recipient of the NB College of Craft and Design "Fellowship" given for excellence in teaching and service.
